We call this combination the “SSI Diver Diamond”, which forms the basis for safe and unforgettable diving experiences.
Our practical training is based on the motto “Safety through repetition”. This means that you repeat each exercise several times so that you feel confident. Our goal is for the exercise sequence to become a “habit” – then diving will be just as easy as riding a bike. You then no longer have to think; the exercise just works by itself.
